Turnstile

Turnstiles are security barriers that are designed to control access to a restricted area by allowing only one person to pass through at a time. They can be manually operated or automated, and are commonly used in public transportation, events, and other facilities where it is important to control access and manage the flow of people. There are several different types of turnstiles, including full-height, waist-high, and half-height turnstiles, and they can be equipped with features such as card readers or biometric scanners to allow for secure and convenient access.
